Pre-pandemic, I had a mile-long list of places I would visit. After being home for the past fifteen months, if it has taught me anything is to appreciate the things around you. Appreciate the things we take for granted every day and cherish them.
The Bronx has been my home since moving to New York. It is a great place to visit as it is filled with so much history, good food, and little gems found only here in the Bronx. After all, we have the real Little Italy. (Who doesn't love Arthur Ave)
From Yankee Stadium (The House that Babe Ruth Built) to the Bronx Zoo, the Bronx has a little of everything to offer. From a diverse group of people to a diverse selection of food. There is something for everyone. Come see why we call it home.
Remember, we might not be able to travel abroad but we can travel close to home. And the Bronx is a good place to start.
The Novaturient Nomad is also a licensed tour guide in New York City and offers walking tours throughout the city. Please contact us for more details.
