Get Real ID Ready

The deadline has been pushed back a few times but we are finally here. Begining May 7th, 2025 you will need a Real ID to travel domestically in the United States. For anyone here on a visa or another country, nothing changes for you. Your passport will be your ID for traveling across the country.

For those of us that live in the country, it means updating your ID to a federally approved ID to travel. There is a list of Id's accepted by State and while I'm not here to give a rundown on each one, take this as a reminder that as of Wednesday you would need to have one of these IDs.

I was reminded by Clear and quickly added my passport to the profile. For me I always have my passport on me so it works out but for those of us that want's to avoid the hassle, Monday is a great day to visit the DMV.
